Highland community activists are staging a fourth food bank fundraiser on Saturday at the Tooth and Claw bar.
Leftfest’s Left4Bread event will feature five live bands upstairs at the venue with doors opening at 7pm.
It promises to be a raucous night with energetic punk acts including Inverness-based bands The Signal, and Maraan and the Wildcats.
Also appearing will be Glasgow-based Pandacar, Edinburgh-based queer feminist group Fingering at the Disco and a two-piece called Bratakus, who hail from Tomintoul.
Leftfest has been helping out locals in need with similar events every few months and says the current cost of living crisis has added urgency to the cause.
Tickets cost between £4 and £10 depending on individual circumstances and can be purchased through links on Leftfest facebook page.
Before the gig, downstairs in the main bar area, a free fringe event will feature comedy, art, music and a raffle.
There will be collection boxes for food donations.
Items most sought after by foodbanks include UHT milk, fruit juice, tinned potatoes/smash, tinned ham, corned beef and custard, shampoo, and toothpaste, with any other long-life, practical and healthy food items welcomed.
