Everyone associated with Ross County will be wondering what the future holds for the Staggies.

A 2-0 defeat to Livingston did not do their bid to remain in the Premiership for next season any good, although thankfully it was accompanied by a loss for St Johnstone which did not see County lose any ground in the race to avoid a play-off.

However, while there is still work to be done on the pitch, some may have greater incentive than most to deliver.

Eight players are due to see their contracts expire in Dingwall this summer, so for them performances may well be needed to secure their individual futures as well as the team’s top flight status.
