LIGERTWOOD (Inverness). John, Jeanette and Pat wish to thank all relatives and friends for the many thoughtful expressions of sympathy extended to them by way of cards, phone calls and flowers, following the death of Aileen on 5th April. Grateful thanks also to the staff of the Haematology Department at Raigmore Hospital and Cairn Medical Practice for their care and kindness over the last few months. Our thanks to the support from Inshes East Church and for Rev David Scott's fitting celebration of Aileen's life at the funeral service. Special thanks to the many who paid their last respects at William T Fraser and Son's funeral home.

MILLER (Fortrose). The family of the late Colin MacIntyre Miller would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy extended to them following their recent loss. WOOD (Dingwall). Irene and families would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their compassion, support and love at this difficult time. We would like to thank all who sent messages, cards and offers of practical help, it was all very much appreciated. Thank you to Donnie Gunn Funeral Directors, to Bruce Dempsey of St Clements Church, to Daisy Rue Flowers, to the team of carers, Macmillan nurses and to the community nurses who were angels in disguise. Last but not least, thank you to all who attended Duncan's funeral service and paid their respects and donated to the MacMillan charity in honour of his memory. Duncan will be very much missed by all who knew and loved him.

MACDONALD (North Kessock). The family of the late Christine (Kirsty) MacDonald would like to express their sincere thanks to the many relatives, friends and neighbours who have offered their love, support and sympathy to them during this difficult time. Grateful thanks to the local doctors, nurses and carers who cared for mam while being at home. We were deeply moved by the overwhelming amount who attended the funeral to pay their respects and donated so generously the amount of £1297.80 to Macmillan Cancer Care. Special thanks to Rev. Christine and the wider family members of the late Sandra MacDonald wish to express their sincere thanks for all the care, concern and practical help shown over the last few weeks. Words cannot convey how much these have been appreciated. Our heartfelt thanks to Rev. Matty Guy for conducting the funeral and Rev. Phil Steed and Rev. Angus MacRae for their input into a God honouring service. We also want to thank all the relevant departments at Raigmore for all their medical care of Sandra. Louise and family would sincerely like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for their attendance at the service, at the church and at the graveside for the late Cath Davidson. MACKINNON (Strathcarron/Easter Kinkell) The family would like to thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy extended to them following the recent sad loss of Roderick (Eric). Thanks also to the doctors and community nurses at Dingwall Health Centre for their excellent care of Eric and to the dedicated carers at Eilean Dubh Care Company who cared for Eric for over two years, enabling him to live at home. Also Marie Curie and Gold Healthcare who provided overnight care in the last few weeks. To Jim and staff at D. Gunn Funeral Directors for their support throughout and to Duncan and Mark at Ross County for seeing everything went smoothly on the day. MUNRO (Alness). The family of the late Neil Munro would sincerely like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours who attended their beloved Neil's funeral. A sincere thank you to Humanist Lizanne Carran who gave a very personal and touching service surrounding Neil's life at the chapel of D. Gunn's Funeral Directors, Dingwall. Sincere thank you also goes to Neil's former collegues from the Queens Highlanders who also attended to give Neil his final salute. Special thank you also goes to Redwoods Nursing home for their care and attention that Neil had received during his time with them. The generous sum of £450 was raised at the service and will be donated to Headway Highland

FERGUSON (Dingwall). Uisdean and family would like to thank most sincerly all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy extended to them during the recent passing of Angela. Special thanks to the Reverend Bruce Dempsey for his comforting service, thanks to Grant and his team from Mairi Urquhart & Son Funeral Directors for his caring and efficient funeral arrangements, Ooops a Daisy for the beautiful floral arrangements. Thanks to Pat Ross for her reading of the poem and Andrew Adamson for providing the beautiful music, also to Tulloch Castle for the lovely funeral tea. MCGILLIVRAY (Dingwall). The family of the late Anne McGillivray would like to express their sincere thanks to all those who shared kindness and expressions of sympathy following the loss of a dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. A special thank you to the compassionate staff in Ward 7C, Raigmore Hospital and to the care provided by Kintyre House and Wyvis House. Gratitude to D. Gunn Funeral Directors and to the support given by Ian Lowe and friends from Dingwall Evangelical Church. Anne with her creative skills, fun and caring nature will be missed by all who loved her.

LITTLEJOHN (Dornoch). Martin, Caroline and all the family would like to thank most sincerely all family, friends and neighbours for the many kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy extended to them all during their recent peaceful passing of beloved Mary. Grateful thanks to all the wonderful staff at the Lawson Memorial Hospital, Golspie, for all the wonderful care and support and making Mary's time there very comfortable. Sincere thanks to the Rev. Carol-Anne Porter for her very warm and comforting words at the service. Thanks also to Grant Geddes and staff at Mairi Urquhart & Son for their care and compassion in dealing with the funeral arrangements. James, Carol, Neil and the family of the late Kathy Tewnion would like to express their sincere thanks to all neighbours, friends and family for the sympathy and comfort shown to them following their recent loss. A special thanks to all caring staff at Tain Health Centre, Raigmore and Invergordon Hospitals and of course Mull Hall Care Home for looking after Kathy so well in her final years.
