MACKENZIE (Tain). Peacefully, after a long illness, on Monday, 5th August, 2024, Peter Duff Mackenzie, of Hilton Farm, Tain, aged 88 years. CRAIG Passed away, peacefully, on Friday, 2nd August, 2024, at Raigmore Hospital, after seven years of care and attention at Daviot Nursing Home, Allan Craig, formerly of Fortrose and Drumchapel, Glasgow, aged 89 years. Formerly Strathclyde Fire Brigade. Founder of the memorial in Tarancon, Spain to the Scottish International Brigaders who fell at the battle of Jarama. Beloved husband of the late Mary Craig, most loving father to Steven and Lorraine, cherished grandfather to Fraser, Rhona and Erin, beloved uncle to Gerda and a good friend of many.
