THE sale of a four-bedroom farmhouse and pods and chalet holiday let business on the Black Isle is being flagged a “wonderful opportunity” for the right buyer.

The house has gardens with decked sitting areas to the front and side of the house. There is also a traditional, U-shaped stone steading, “which has the potential for a variety of uses”.

The letting business includes three glamping pods sleeping up to four, plus a two-bedroom chalet, each with its own hydropool hot tub, sheltered outdoor seating area and firepit.

The chalet sleeps up to five and is equipped, with a lounge-dining room, separate kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms.

The business, close to the NC500 route, has been run successfully since December 2021 and achieves high occupancy levels with many repeat bookings and numerous 5-star reviews.

The owners have built up a significant social media presence with 25,000 Facebook followers.
