Dingwall mart lambs' sale 'beyond sellers' expectations'
Dingwall and Highland Auction Marts sold 7856 store lambs yesterday with a "tremendous show of Blackface lambs sold beyond sellers' expectations”.
Blackface lambs (6404) sold to £83 gross for ewe lambs from Talisker Estate, Portree.
Other breeds (1452) sold to £77 gross for Mule lambs from Achnabat, Torness.
