UPLIFTING words from guest speaker Stephanie Inglis inspired Dingwall Academy pupils at their prizegiving ceremony last week.

Staff, pupils and parents turned out on Wednesday, June 7 to celebrate the life of the school and the efforts and achievements of the students.

Highland judo star Stephanie, who has made an amazing recovery following a motorcycle accident in Vietnam last year, impressed the audience with her incredible story and her positive approach to life.

There was excellent musical entertainment on the night, with a number of sixth year pupils giving their final performance in the school.
