By SPP Reporter

TWO men and a woman from Inverness will appear in court next month in connection with an alleged assault in the city.

Peter Drummond (40) of Bridgeview Drive, and Cyril Glass (42) and Josephine Glass (42), both of Anzio Road, have pleaded not guilty at Inverness Sheriff Court this week to a charge of assaulting Andrew Taylor Vint at Bridgeview Drive, Inverness, on May 15 last year by repeatedly punching him on the head, knocking him to the ground, repeatedly kicking him on the head and body, and repeatedly striking him on the head and body with a shoe, to his severe injury and permanent disfigurement.

They will appear in court again on May 17, with trial set for May 30.
