The sportMoray recognition awards aim to pay tribute to the achievement of individuals, teams, clubs, volunteers, coaches and officials over the past 12 months.

They will be handed out next month at a ceremony in Elgin Town Hall.

There is still time to get your nominations in.

SportMoray, the local sports council, is behind the awards which are sponsored by local companies.

The annual awards evening will take place in November and the search has begun for local nominations.

If you know someone who has achieved success in the last 12 months or a club official who has given devoted service to a club or sport generally, tell sportMoray about it.

Download the attached form and return to Kim Paterson, sports development officer with Moray Council by November 4.
