Police are investigating after a caravan was destroyed by fire last night at Rosemarkie on the Black Isle.

Fire crews from both Inverness and Fortrose were called out just after 8pm after the caravan and a nearby mobile saw mill caught fire.

A spokesman from Northern Constabulary said the police are following lines of enquiry into the incident.

Fire fighters used one hose reel jet and two breathing apparatus to bring the fire under control.

No-one was injured.
