‘No further police action’ on Tain store car park incident
THERE will be no further police action following an appeal about an alleged hit-and-run in Easter Ross, it has been confirmed.
Highland police had earlier issued the appeal following a December 27 incident in the car park of Home Bargains in Tain on Friday, December 27.

Police at the time said the incident had been witnessed and appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
However in an update, police said: “We can confirm that enquiries have established there was no criminality.
“Insurance details have been exchanged and there will be no further police action.”
