Police confirm name of boy (11) who died in Highland quad bike accident

Police Scotland has named the 11-year-old boy who died in a quad accident in Durness, Sutherland, as Charlie Morrison, from Durness.

Sergeant Christopher Donaldson from the Road Policing Unit at Dingwall said: “Our thoughts are with Charlie’s family and friends at this very difficult time.

“Police enquiries are continuing to establish the exact circumstances surrounding this crash.”
