An appeal has gone out from police at Tain trying to find out who was responsible for vandalism in the town centre two weekends ago.

At around 9.50pm on Sunday 13th October, a black Renault Clio was vandalised resulting in the back window being smashed.

This happened when the car was parked outside Flora Gardens on Tain High Street.

Police are asking the public to get in touch if they witnessed anything relevant to the incident or if they have CCTV footage that covers the area?

Anyone who thinks they can help with this inquiry is asked to please contact Police Scotland on 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Reference PS-20241013-0424 should be quoted if contacting officers re the vandalism.
