IF you think you’ve got what it takes to frame the perfect image of modern farm life in Ross-shire, a competition organiser wants to hear from you.

To celebrate the beginning of spring and showcase the best of the British outdoors, fuel specialist Certas Energy wants budding photographers across the UK to submit their best images of modern farm life in its latest photography competition.

Photographs can be of anything which depicts modern agriculture and farm life, from the first glimpse of newborn spring animals to photographs highlighting a day in the life in the countryside.

Prizes will be awarded to the best adult and the winner will receive a £100 Love2shop voucher.

Angus Blundell, director of marketing at Certas Energy, said: "Certas Energy provides fuel to customers in some of the most rural areas in the UK, including farms. We decided to run this competition to highlight the importance of British agriculture and showcase the beauty of the British countryside in our new online gallery."

To enter, head to the Certas Energy blog where you can find all the competition terms and conditions and upload your farmlife photograph with details of where the photograph was taken and who took it:
