Tony Usher took this picture of the Beauly Firth from North Kessock.

It appears on the letters page of this week's Ross-shire Journal in the Ross-shire through the Lens feature.

If you have a photograph taken in Ross-shire that you're rather proud of, why not share it with other readers in this section of the paper?

Landscapes from across the county have featured and the great thing is that beauty is in the eye of the camera holder and everyone manages to see something different.

We have no objection to family members or pets finding their way into these pictures either.

All we ask is that it's a sharp image with a reasonable resolution of 1MB or above ideally.

That's well within the capability of most smartphones these days so bear that in mind when you're out and about.

And if you're an enthusiast or perhaps a member of a local camera club, the sky's the limit!

Send your pictures with just a few details about where they were taken to hector.mackenzie@hnmedia.co.uk
