UPDATE: A9 at Slochd in the Highlands open following accident

The A9 is open again at Slochd following an accident.

Diversions had been in place for several hours overnight after a collision at about 8pm yesterday led to the road being closed in both directions.

It is not known what action emergency services took while in the area.
