Heavy rain has seen part of an Invergordon grassy bank carried away in a landslide.
As reported by an Invergordon local at around 2pm, the bank opposite 4 King George Street has given way under the heavy rain seen yesterday (February 5).
The heavy rain has also caused landslides in Plockton, as well as turning Strathpeffer into a 'river' after flooding.
Gordon Ramsay who reported the landslide said: "Dog walkers and people out walking in general should be extra vigilant, and stay well clear from the edge.
"It's not reached the railway line yet, but I'm unsure about how much of the remaining bank is safe.
"The public need to be made aware of this ASAP."
