The 31-year-old, who spent three years with the Staggies, has joined the Glasgow outfit on a deal until the end of the season.

He made his debut as a substitute for Partick Thistle in the 1-1 draw against Livingston on Friday night.

Kelly started his career at St Mirren in 2013 before heading to England to play for AFC Wimbledon in 2016.

He then joined Ross County in 2017 before being released at the end of the 2019-20 campaign.

Kelly was part of the Ross County team that won the Championship and the Challenge Cup in the 2018-19 season.

He has since had spells with AFC Wimbledon, Ross County, Falkirk and Livingston before heading overseas for a short stint in Cyprus with Karmiotissa.

Meanwhile, Ross County return to action on Saturday as they prepare to face Kilmarnock at the Global Energy Stadium.
