No transition period required for Ross County teenage goalkeeper

ROSS Munro thinks that Stuart Kettlewell and Steven Ferguson’s experience within the youth set up at Ross County has helped to make his transition into the first team squad much easier.

Before becoming co-managers of the first team squad, Kettlewell coached the club’s development squad, and Ferguson was head of the academy.

That means that even though this is Munro’s first year as a regular part of the first team squad, he is already extremely familiar with the duo having come through the youth ranks in Dingwall.

He thinks that has helped his step up to senior football be as smooth as it possibly can be.
