Ross County footballers, coaches and volunteers nominated for national awards.

Ross County footballers, coaches and volunteers have been nominated for awards at the Scottish Women’s Football Awards which will take place next month.

Two Ross County players, Daisy Fraser and Keira Syrjanen, have been nominated for the Highlands and Islands Player of the Year Award.

Rebecca McMillan of Buckie and Bethany Sutherland of Sutherland Women have also been nominated.

In addition, Syrjanen has been nominated for the SportScotland Youth Player of the Year award.

She is up against Sophie Ambrosini (Rossvale), Laura Berry (Motherwell/Rangers) and Jessica Husband (Heart of Midlothian),

Glenda Scobbie of Ross County has been nominated for the Volunteer of the Year award.

She is up against John Beatt (Dryburgh Athletic), Gary Cother (Annan Athletic) and Karen Mason (Inverness Caledonian Thistle).

Iain Maciver from Ross County has been nominated for the youth coach of the year award.

He is up against Paul Murray (Bayside), Steven McLean (Jeanfield Swifts) and Mick Docherty (Rossvale).

Ross County have also been nominated for the Sustainable Club of the Year Award.

The award winners will be revealed at a ceremony in Glasgow on Saturday, November 30 at Hampden Park in Glasgow.
