Strathpeffer Golf club take darts honours

STRATHPEFFER Golf Club secured their first silverware of 2020 when they defeated Oscars Bar 5–4 in the Muir of Ord Golf Club Cup final.

Blair Morrison threw the winning dart in the final. The Strath sharp-shooter also checked out on 104 and 117 finishes. Team-mate Kevin Manson produced a maximum 180.

Oscars’ player Gordon Duff also threw a 180, while Norman Ross registered a 108 check-out.

In the Black Isle Darts League, Strathpeffer Golf Club maintained their one point lead at the top despite a 5–5 draw with Oscars Bar.

Ross-shire Club defeated Muir of Ord Golf Club 7-3.
